Delivery policy

arkalabel is a software service, delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges, and the service is available everywhere our payment provider accepts payment.

When your payment is confirmed, your plan is activated and your API key is shown on the pricing page straight away. This normally takes a few seconds. The key is displayed once, so copy it when it appears; we store only a hash of it and cannot show it again.

The key works immediately, for both label rendering and barcode generation, within the limits of the plan you bought. We also email a receipt to the address you gave at checkout. It carries the same key, as a second copy in case your connection dropped as you paid, so keep that email private.

If you were charged and no key was shown, for example because your connection dropped as the payment completed, write to contact@arkalabel.io with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We will confirm the payment and resolve it, or refund it under the cancellation and refund policy.

A plan is active for the period you bought, thirty days for monthly or a year for annual, counted from the time of payment. We email you seven days and one day before it ends. After the end date the key keeps working for a further three days as a grace period, and API responses carry an X-Plan-Grace header while it does. Then it stops, and requests answer with HTTP 402. Nothing renews unless you buy again.
